Living Lemonade 101: Day 22- Sparkling nail polish

Ahh....nothing says summer like candy-coloured school-girl glittery nail polish!

Especially now that summer's slowly passing, and fading to an end.

Let's fight off any prospective winter blue, with candy floss and star bright hues!

Top 10 Things to do this month!(August/September)

10. Enjoy Autumn. Seriously. Fall happens to be the most unappreciated season of the year- I may just start a 'Fall Awareness' Program or something. Anyway there's a lot to look forward to in Fall, just look out for the little things- flannel clothing, windy days with wind-swept hair and rosy cheeks, kite-flying, leaf-crunching...
9. Eat more bread. I mean, there are so many types of bread out there. Make like the Italian and try them all. Don't ask me why, JUST DO IT.
8. Sing more! 'Talent or nay, burst your lungs I say'. (figuratively, of course). And try it in public places too- Not causing a scene, of course! If you're shy, hum it sweetly. You'll be surprised at the people you'll meet in random places, through this act alone. Plus, people will find you endearing instantly. However, these things can work both ways.
7. Bid Your Summer Love 'Adieu'- Now hear me out. I love the idea of a 'holiday love', but in many cases that's all it ends up being. There's no use in getting hung up over something that may have ended for the other person the moment the leaves began to fall.Find out if there's more to it and by all means invest into it, but if there isn't...(do i even have to say it?..)
6. Get creative! The best seasons for creativity are Spring and Fall, when there's so much colour and texture in the environment. I do believe there is a hidden 'artist' in us all be it in painting, writing, photography, music (artiste), etc. It's up to you to define 'Art' and find what your partcular 'art' is- the possibiliteies are endless.
5. Dress Warmly! Yes, i hate to sound like your mother- but its true. Summer is over people, and the sooner you accept that, the sooner you'll avoid ending up 'frozen in a pair of shorts'!
4. Try to not fall into old (bad) habits. I mean you've kicked them so far and were more than halfway through the year- let's not mess that up.
3. Start trying out a new language. Scientists have now proved that in the long run, learning a foerign tongue greatly delays the onset of Alzeimer's disease
2. Find a way of reinventing yourself for a new school session. It may be a new life mantra, new hairdo, or even new hobby. Just have a new gimmick!

Language of the week: Latin.
